Sign in with Google
If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier, email address and verification status, and basic profile information, such as your name and profile picture. We use this information to create or identify your portal account, authenticate you, and maintain your profile.
Our Google sign-in integration requests basic identity permissions: openid, email, and profile. It does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or calendar. We do not receive your Google password.
We store account-linking information and may store authentication tokens returned by Google in our authentication database. This information is processed by the service providers that operate our authentication, database, and hosting systems, and is accessible to authorized personnel as needed to support and secure your account.
We do not sell Google account information, use it for targeted advertising, or use it to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.
You can revoke the connection through your Google Account connections settings. Revoking access does not automatically delete information already stored with us. Contact us below to request account or information deletion.

- Create and administer accounts, provide portal features, and support lending and servicing relationships.
- Send account, security, service, and relationship communications.

When we disclose information
We disclose information to providers that help us operate our services, including hosting, database, authentication, communications, document, and support providers. Website inquiries are delivered to our team through an email delivery provider.
When relevant to a service or transaction you request, we may disclose necessary information to transaction participants and professional advisers, such as lenders, brokers, servicers, title and escrow companies, accountants, and attorneys. We may also disclose information with your direction, to comply with legal process, to protect against fraud or harm, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections.
Google account information is used and disclosed for the account and security purposes described above, subject to applicable Google user-data restrictions.
Cookies and similar technologies
The lender portal uses cookies and similar session technologies to keep you signed in and support authentication and security. Your browser can block or delete cookies, but doing so may prevent sign-in or other features from working.
The website and portal do not currently implement advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral advertising tracking. They do not change their operation in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Third-party websites you visit through our links have their own privacy practices.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, considering the account or relationship, the nature of the records, and applicable legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, and security requirements. Some transaction records may need to be retained after an account closes. Backup copies may remain until replaced through normal backup processes.
We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect personal information, including authentication and access controls. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to close your portal account. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request. Legal retention requirements and other applicable exceptions may limit what we can delete or provide.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply to your information, you may have additional rights, including information about collection and disclosure, a portable copy of your data, and rights to opt out of certain uses or disclosures. California residents may exercise applicable rights through the contact methods below, including through an authorized agent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
You can ask us to stop promotional communications or use an unsubscribe option when provided. We may still send communications necessary to service your account or relationship.
